Appalling Administrative process, poor customer engagement

2 nd term my son cancelled his studies, Adolph Nage was suppose to have filed the papers but to date has not filed the cancellation. today I get a letter of demand from the school lawyers to pay full amount. The head of school to date has not rep**** my emails not attended the query
