The worse online store to buy from

Horrible experience. If you want to waste your money, buy from these people. Zero customer service. Zero communication. They take your money and keep quiet. After two weeks of endless calls trying to understand where the furniture is (they never pick up the phone and if they do, they promise to call back, and they never do) I decided to go to their premises and fetch the furniture myself. When I got there I had to wait for an hour for a truck that was supposedly on its way (I had informed them the previous day that I’d be at their offices by 9am as I gave up on their promises to deliver my stuff). When the furniture eventually arrived I almost lost it actually because the chairs were half done. They still had to go into the warehouse to finish making them. It took 3 hours to do this while I had to wait. I had to chase after these people in order to get my stuff and actually had to hire a truck in order to collect them as they failed to deliver. If you want a headache, order from these guys.
