These people are sharks with the worst service ever!

These people are sharks with the worst service ever! Got them to give me a quote on my oven that had a problem. Quoted me R2500 + call out of R250 for the quote and they said motherboard and thermostat needed replacement. Then they left my home without putting the gas hob back into original position - completely skew! When I phoned and asked them to please come and correct the hob placement the "owner" starts yelling at me, refusing to come fix his bad workmanship. Never in my life had such bad service. Also had stove fixed with different company for R1000 (incl call out) - only needed a new breaker switch! Rediculous!
