Dishonest/Unprofessional : Dont trust these guys (Trinity Appliances Kevin *** / ***)

Please be careful if you call out this company for assistance. They are unreliable and dishonest. I had an issue with my fridge from 3 weeks ago and to date they have not resolved the issue. The fridge required a replacement of a sensor and they had come with an incorrect one which they cut and joined with the original, which did not work and since then they have been giving me the run around. This has resulted in a whole fridge of food getting damaged. Kevin is just ******** to this and all he can say is there is nothing he can do about it. They do not take our calls and constantly lie about the progress of the new sensor. The charged me an amount of R1300 for a sensor that costs under one hundred rand. I have been asking for a refund so i can get someone else to assist but they are refusing to give back my refund. I would not recommend this company , they don’t answer calls, ***** your money and then block you.
