Last year, we had a problem with our Volvo. My husband experienced great difficulty in finding a replacement of shock absorber Springs, as the car is an import. He went in to Midlands Springs in Pietermaritzburg where he met the owner, Glendell, who specially fabricated a new set of shock absorber springs for our Volvo S60. The springs were installed and Glendell was meticulous in ensuring that the springs were correctly fitted and of the correct specifications. In achieving this process, he rebuilt me a second set of springs at his own cost. Not only did he do this, but he delivered a perfect vehicle to our home. In an industry where people refuse to take responsibility and in which I have had numerous bad experiences. ...Midlands springs is a Unique company.
