POOR SERVICE FROM MIDLANDS SPECIALIST PRIVATE HOSPITAL PIETERNARITZBURG

Brought a 3 year old child who had broken leg, took more than 2 hours waiting for an X-ray, no pain reduction medication while waiting. Then there was loadshedding, no backup power. The assessment were done in Dark place using our cellphone lights.

Following Day the rude and arrogant Orthopedic Dr Tzvetanov came and instructed the chilled to move her toes only then signed off discharge documents without any assessment because the X-ray shows broken bone. He showed us attittude telling us that he has been practicing for about 35 years so we cannot tell him how to do his job and he is rushing to a holiday then he booked next assessment for 06 March 2024. The child is still in pains no help.
