Selling of timeshare

<p>I own a week timeshare at Midlands saddle and trout as I can no longer afford or use this week I have been trying to return it to Midlands saddle and trout. I have paid all the levies and would just like to give it back to them. They tell me they do not want it back. Has anyone managed to get rid of their units without having to go to the reposession route. I feel it is very unfair that due to the increased levies I no longer want it I can not give it back. I did not even buy the unit, my mother bought it in my name and now I sit with this unit. I have sent the timeshare board an email but that has gone unanswered.
