Holiday turned out to be a disaster

<p>"It was with much excitement that we set out on our week long vacation to midlands saddle and trout. which from previous experience we knew to be a very relaxing resort but this trip ended up being a disaster. After paying an exorbitant amount for a 3 bedroom apartment with a private pool we instead ended up with a ****ky house away from all amenities, a filthy pool, unit full of spiders and dust. The doors and windows were all creaking and this was a terrifying experience for us. We all ended up with spider bites and my son even had an asthma attack due to the dust in the place. It was a very a dissapointing and disastrous vacation. After a confrontation with the manager we were moved to a smaller apartment 5 days later with no apology whatsoever.
