First time Family Holiday Dissapointing

Reading the previous reviews we should have done our homework first. First time our family booked a holiday and we chose midlands saddle and trout. We booked for 6 people and was given a 4 sleeper the manager which was so rude told us he could not allow all of us to stay there DESPITE the guest certificate saying 6 sleeper nevertheless we travelled FAR so we could not just go pack up and leave so we had to book an extra 2 sleeper which costed us another 4k for 3 nights. When we got into the house it was dirty, the beds were not made the bathrooms were disgusting the kitchen cupboard were broken the 1 toilet didnt flush. We had no cleaners for 2 days only after ee had to go to reception and say we need cleaning then they came and what a half done job. The towels have stains the bathroom ceilings have mould, the load shedding goodness its bad atleast solar lights or a generator would help. You guys are not cheap people pay ALOT of money and its disappointing It was disappointing truelly. Nevertheless we tried to make the most out of the holiday. We have to say the restaurant staff are amazing absolutely friendly and fun. The games room staff also amazing. The facilities we enjoyed The horse riding, the pool the games room was all good but other than that you guys need to catch a wake up and refurbish that place to its glory it can be a stunning place but really PULL YOUR SOCKS UP!

Will definetly review places before going on holiday anywhere again.
