So disappointed

Purchased 1.2 kg tub of raw honey on 15 June 2026 and opened it on 08 September 2026 only to find the honey is rotten. I have emailed the email address on the container as well as reached out via instagram, but am being ignored. Sadly, I will not recommend anyone to purchase from them as there is no care for customers it appears.
