Poor service delivery

Please avoid Midlands Branding at all costs! JULIE is unreliable and Unprofessional. The shirts get done but many months after initial order. It is not Worth the wait. Refunds take long, unless threatened. Their invoice states product will be ready in 14 days, it's a lie!! She has excuses lined up and ready to fire. Both my orders with her have taken months!!
