No care , no urgency , left in the dark for almost 2 weeks

Shocked to be left in the dark for almost 2 weeks now because of my electricity box which is not working, I have purchased this apartment just 5 months ago...I have also had a an attempted break in in this period ..and the complex has still not escalated things or acted with urgency ..

Its shocking and I am dissipointed because I invested knowing that I am safe and taken care off ..it shows that there is value for owning an apartment in this complex ..shocking truth reveals itself ...
