Bad customer service from the management

I went to the store buy a lock for the door only to find out the lockets too small I return it and they told me that they don't do refund because I open the package so I asked them that on your receipt it says you can return their boats with them 7 days if they say open the package so they can't refund me or take other things to replace my money the goods which I wanted so
