BROKER NEGLIGENCE

My daughter Jani van der Merwe ID *** 081 ask Jaco Botha at this firm (Mid***us brokers for Santam phone number ***) to add her vehicle Ford Ecosport on her insurance with motor rental on the 1st of June 2021. On the 4th of June 2021 she was in an accident. When she report it she is accused of not complying with the necessary requirements such as photos of the vehicle as well as a report from a ford dealer that the vehicle is 100% correct. So I wrote to them on the 21st of July 2021 if the can supply me of the originally writing from Santam wanted the requirements as well as here they passed it on to my daughter. Up to today no reply. So it appears as if there was negligence on the part of the broker and that the vehicle was never put on in time. Up till today my daughter got no transport, the vehicle is still at the panel beater, So there is storage money, towing cost, trauma, stress, inconvenience, costs and no vehicle or help.
