Midfeeds (Vetinary suplies Gauteng) handled my dissatisfaction with a purchase of Milking Cream - unable to use for my specific application....they were efficient, followed up after sending me a product I had opened and found incorrect...that was my fault...we tried to locate another supplier and as there is a problem COVID19 we weren't able to locate a suitable alternative....they collected the (already opened) product and for the inconvenience they even waived the return courier fee and gave me a 100% refund...although not in my bank account yet, I know this will be done, HIGHLY EFFICIENT and very CONSUMER CENTRIC, customer service EXCELLENT!!!
