Midfeeds couldn't care less about the customer experience.
It's been a long time since I've been this disappointed in a company.
I ordered a product, from their website, on the 28th of October, after sending emails confirming they have the correct item in stock. I was assured they do. Of course, when the product arrived a day or two later, it was incorrect.
Then the drama started. The products were returned and I was promised a refund. I had to follow up to hear whether the products were received. They were, without letting me know before I emailed and asked. Again, I had to ask for a refund and was assured it would be handled as soon as the stock was received.
That didn't happen, so I had to email again and was assured it's going to be processed. Ten days later, not a peep.
In all of this, I am the one having to drive things, the one having to communicate, the one being inconvenienced. What a dismal showing by what used to be a great company to deal with.
Thank you for your review.
Apologies if you feel we have not met your expectations.
Unfortunately our previous sales person handling the online had to go away on an emergency so a proper handover was not done. I have confirmed with our accounts and the refund of R805 was released on our side on the 17th.
I will email you the proof of payment.
Much appreciated.

Why does it take this much to get any kind of action out of you? As for previous sales person, at least three people have now been involved, with a shocking level of no communication unless I drive it. The incorrect product was delivered on the 29th, the day I alerted you to the fact. I was promised a refund and since the 12th of November, not a word.
Surely a simple email saying it's been processed is not too much to ask for?
I'm so incredibly disappointed in the whole experience.
