Worst experience buying this product!!
Worse experience in my life. Bought a washing machine online, machine broke in 2 weeks from opening. This was in August. I was told I wouldnt be getting any replacement, repair nor refund.
The brand was Midea and after following thier instruction from the BOX & MANUAL BOOK, they said I didnt follow instructions which were labled black & white with warnings! This is terrible customer experience and would recommand to ever buy anything on Makro online and any Midea product in the future.
Both the customer service agent from Makro was super unhelpful and highly disrespfuly and the service agents from Midea didnt careless about their customers.

They dont care about you and your customer service.
Their products are problematic and when you ask to be assisted the technican and service agents dont care.
Never in my life have a washing machine worked only for 2 weeks from new. And they blame you for the their faulty and terrible products and dont want to refund nor repair you for their service.
I would NEVER EVER recommed anyone buying this product. Take my advise.
