Worst buy and after sales service EVER
Bought a 12 place Dishwasher through Takealot. Got the Premium 5 year warranty from Midea. Machine broke down after not even 6 months. Send communication on the breakdown to all the Midea channels and logged a service call. Was promised a service technician a week later that never pitched.... on enquiring was told that the service call was unapproved on their system.... been mailing and calling ever since... just promises of call backs and no replies...... WORST AFTERSALES EVER and it seems like ****py equipment also..... STAY AWAY FROM MIDEA!!!!

18 Oct 2022, 14:51Hi Midea SA, it ran very well for just over a year, but it is starting to give me alarms again. not every wash but intermitted. The manual say it is water leak related... but when it works, it works well...... at this point I am dependent on the machine and cannot afford it to stand or be sent away for repairs....
