Washing machine parts

I have a horrible experience with their washing machine, same day as I bought it ,it started leaking then the next day I went to major to go consult them with my issue only for them to tell me that my drum is broken . This literally means I bought an already broken washing machine without any warning or whatsoever . I’m literally so disappointed
