**** rubbers

I bought a 7kg front loader washing machine at macro. After 4 months of using the machine it started liking at the front door. I analyzed the leak and realized that the leakage was from a chipped inner rubber. I reported this to macro

They gladly logged a call with midea. A consultant send an email asking for pictures of the chipped rubber. I sent pictures immediately they responded saying the inner rubbers ate not covered by warranty. It's a customer's negligence. How do you assess/ quantify customer negligence without checking.how sure are you that the rubber didn't have factory fault. I feel I have been reaped off by modea. I put washing only in the washing machine. O atheist deserve an exchange or replacement of the rubbers since the machine is not a year old.
