Poor surface
I bought a New Washing machine last year.did not work properly,so it was collected.Bought another one in Januay.Having problems with it again.reported it in Febru but no response.Reported it again on 13 May,but was told "it would take 3 to 5 days for someone to contact me".Completely unacceptable. I have used it 3 times only
