NEVER BUY MIDEA PRODUCTS!

It has been 14 days since the query was logged for the repair of my microwave oven that is still under guarantee.
I have to follow up everytime and then promises are made for repairs and nothing happens!
When we followed up again today there is no info on the system and nobody can give us the current status of the repair. Although it was supposed to be repaired yesterday already!
The microwave oven is under guarantee but Mideas guarantee mean nothing!!
