MIDEA WASHING MACHINE WORST MACHINE EVER!!!

my mom bought a media washing machine from fair price in September 2023. the machine stopped working in march 2024, my mom went to fair price to report that the machine has stopped working , the store told her that their going to send a technician before the end of the week. indeed they did send a technician, he came and checked the machine said he needs to take the machine to the wherehouse to do a thorough check. he took the machine and three weeks later he told my mom they are struggling to find the parts of the machine, he then gave us another number to call for follow ups. we spoke to another lady about this matter and she told us we need to purchase the parts and she send us a 4000 rand invoice. the Machine is still under warranty.
