Midea washing machine 21kg the worst appliance ever

Hi. I bought a new midea 21kg washing machine from makro last year, we had a problem with the lid and i did report the issue, but every single time i got i email its someone els responded to the email and we waited forever for someone to come out and have a look at the washing machine. It took them more then a week to send someone to my home. When the eventually showed up they plug it in and open the lid. As they open the lid the lid broke off by the hinge that is attached to the body. Then the guy only take fotos and said that he wil report that he broke it. Then we received an email saying that they only cover electrical parts if its under warranty and nothing about the lid that he broke. They say we should fix it ourselves. The fotos he took was after he broke the lid. Not before. This is how they do business. I am very very unhappy with this company and I will never support or advise someone to buy any MIDEA appliance ANYWHERE.
