Midea Useless Machine

I Baught a Midea washing machine from Takealot. We didn't overload it, and looked after it well. We didn't have the machine 2 months, when one day we herd a loud bang. The drum started hitting against the side of the machine so hard that the machine moved and jumped against the wall so hard, it got scrached. After that, the drum stopped turning. Their warrentees get serviced through Mastercare, who it was a mission getting a technitian from in any case. When the technitian came, he took out the belt from the machine. The belt was badly ****aged. This was three weeks ago. Since then, I have been calling every day to find out when they would bring the replacement belt. The machine is just standing here now. I can't use the thing and want my money back. They can come collect their useless garbige from my house. I want a refund, or I will make sure social media is fludded with my situation. I will take this case to every legal body possible if necesary. I'm tired of Mastercare telling me they are still waiting for a belt after three weeks and having to call every day because noone is coming back to me. I'll never buy a Midea product ever again in my life.
