Midea refund

i bought a Midea dishwasher through takealot .... what a mistake ! the machine from the first wash did not do what it was suppose to .. dishes came out dirty and sticky and made the most horrible noise during washing so we went through then channels to return it and was promised a refund credit on takealot , WELLL that was 3 months ago and still nothing , i keep getting replies that they submitted notes to takealot and then takealot says nothing has been received ! absolutely ridiculous and the worst customer service ever people stay away from this brand and ots employees
