Midea is disappointing!

I'm so disappointed with my washing machine. I bought it last year April but have 3 separate problems so far and I never overload the machine to say ok maybe that's the problem. When I first got it, It had a draining issue and still has it. It will not drain out all the water and I noticed this when I was cleaning the machine the first time as I was Troubleshooting why it's dancing so profusely when drying or draining almost like it's gonna fall. So I followed Troubleshooting steps when I opened the drain system to clean out any plugs water came gushing out and filled my kitchen. From that the drum pin fell out as well which made the drum bang my floor and now.. I'm doing my laundry I'm upstairs and I hear disturbing noise I rush down it's the machine. I literally have just uniform in there and my daughter's sleepwear... It won't move it doesn't budge just makes noise... I had my Samsung washing washing before that for years I never had ANY issues till i gave it to my mom. I bought this one it looks stylish but mechanically a big waste of money... Unfortunaly I no longer have the invoice due to relocating and loosing/missing some stuff but I bought it at Game last year 2024 in April/May. Now what am I to do with this issue. I'm too busy to hand wash... ANNOYING
