I bought a new dishwasher in October 2023. It developed a niggle in that it wouldn't complete its cycle. These products have a 24 month warranty so the matter was reported to Livance Distributors who appointed a repair technician. The problem persisted so a second repairer was appointed. He too wasn't able to solve the problem. Without prompting Silindile Buthelezi and her supervisor decided to replace the machine as they felt that I have suffered enough inconvenience. Great service.
