Bad products which don't work and no customer service

Products don't work, and the service line always has a reason why you are speaking to the wrong person, the right person will contact you back, and you should never expect the problem to be solved. Better to give your money, than waste it on these ******. If the item you bought is heavy, like, a washing machine, you are going to have a huge broken object cluttering your flat. Horrible company.
