BAD Midea

I am very disappointed with Midea customer service I purchased a Midea portable air conditioner for a small room 3mx2m no windows Made a hole in the concrete wall for the exhaust and a separate hole for the drain pipe First the aircons compressor did not shut off, Midea came and took the aircon to fix, brought it back But the humidity in the room is excessive, I requested with midea for a tech to come out and access and we were told by their technician that the unit would be replaced Now they come with the excuse that a portable aircon doesn’t dry the air which is utter nonsense because the unit actually has a build in dehumidifier that CLEARLY IS NOT WORKING A friend of mine has a portable aircon just like this one BUT NOT A MIDEA and he complains that the unit dries out the air, he uses his in his house with the exhaust out the window and still it dries the air – so how come Mideas doesn’t? Clearly NOT A GOOD PRODUCT I wish I had never bought Midea s *******
