Middlesite Phuthaditjhaba plays tricks with our money

I bought a remote from Middlesite. They said they don't do refunds. I asked them to use the R300 I paid for the remote as a deposit for an explora. I paid off the explora in February 2021. I wanted to have it immediately but they say I must some back the following week. I could see that they were lying. I only went back end of April with the hope that by then the explora will be ready for collection, it was not.

I asked for a refund. The manager said he'll transfer it. He didn't until towards the end of May and I only got R700 from R1000. I could see how dif9it will be to get that R300, I asked the manager to pay it into my DStv account. Today is the 7th of July. My number is blocked for calls by the manager but he can read my WhatsApp messages without a reply.

I need to be protected and have my money back.
