Terrible Event Managers promise VIP experience and deliver 0% and not refund!

My boyfriend decided to surprise me with VIP tickets to see Alient Ant Farm live in Cape Town. As excited as I was I was very quickly extremely disappointed once the night began. On arrival no one working at the venue even knew there was VIP, no one could help us. There was no special standing area so we had to stand right at the back. We decided to find someone to get our "promised" backstage pass and not a single person helped us... only after an hour some guy told us the band was too busy to see us. I asked if we could at least get out band memorabilia, which turned out to be one t-shirt in an XL. The next day we were "promised" a meet and greet plus dinner with the band. Only to wait over an hour we decided to leave after one of the managers kept messaging my boyfriend saying that they were almost there. After my boyfriend explain his disgust in the whole experience (which cost R2000 per ticket!!!!!) We got nothing from the VIP experience. They promised to refund my boyfriend and it's been 3 weeks and nothing has been refunded. I'm completely disappointed and disguised that Middle8 couldn't explain themselves and have the cheek to not refund us!!!! R4000 down the drain!
