Refund still outstanding.

I bought VIP tickets for the Alien Ant Farm concert recently at the Virginia airport. I had to exchange the tickets back to standard tickets due to financial reasons. They assisted me with the exchange of the tickets, but the refund is still outstanding. its been 2 weeks since the last communication, and the financial situation I'm in makes this situation more crucial.
