Unhappy Customer

I was looking for a specific item and found it with a price sticker of R5-99. I took 2 of the items and when I got to the till the one item had a price sticker of R5-99 and the other same item a price sticker of R19-99. I told the cashier I will only take the one item marked R5-99 but she refused to assist me so I had her call the Manager. His response was only that the item was priced incorrectly and also refused to sell it to me for the price of R5-99. Not even sorry for the inconvenience or nothing, just taking the incorrect priced item and left me at the till with the item priced R19-99. Unfortunately they are the only supplier where I could find this item and I was forced to pay the price of R19-99. To say the least I was very disappointed in the way the Manager handled the situation.
