Terrible service

No communication from supplier to client. I had apolstry work done through them. 2 days delayed for pick up date. On delivery day i went in twice to pay yet the furniture hasnt been dropped off with them. In stoor, its impossible to know who's in charge or who to speak to on the matter and thats when a persons blood pressure goes sky high. They are full of promises and ilI get the feeling that the truth isnt always clear there either. Since my furniture has been there I havnt had one phone call from them not even to say that the price has gone up because they had to use more Sponge. Great place to buy fabrics but if you have apolstry to be done, take it elsewhete, trust me.
