Threatened amd called a ****

A scooter,Gomoto Fluxliner of very distinct colouring was put tthrough the roadworthy test on the 8th Sept,The lady behind the counter also Queried about it,unfortunately the wrong information was garnered,and the details of another scooter a Big boy was entered,so the right scooter couldnt be liscenced.Tried the friendly aproach,didnt work so asked for my money back,was told I am a ****,and must produce the big boy as they made sure of the vin nr etc.Can prove it is not so.Did get upset,and told the manager,owner,after being called a ****,in front of my daughter and others,and told him it was theft,whereapon I was threatened with violence at least three times.The people who did the testing are seemingly intimidated or scared of getting into trouble and were hesitant to say outright that yes this scooter in fact had been there.Is the only one in Standerton of this distinct colour scheme.Not good enough at all.R300 isnt going to bankrupt me,but this mans attitude and absolute refusal,and calling me a ****,then threatening to hit me,went back later and still he maintained thie scooter never was there.Can prove it they made a mistake,and refuse to acknowledge.
