Very poor service at midcity motors klerksdorp

Midcity motors klerksdorp , seller Wikus , sold us a broken Audi A4 , since day 1 we had issues with the car , oil leaks , turbo problems , gear problems , car smoking and more , and now they refuses to take it back , we had it almist 4 months now. What can we do.
