Selling vehicles involved in accidents and tapping on kilometers

I bought a ford figo from Midcity from their salesperson Zelmarie which was advertised as having 14 000 km for R129 000 . Wikus delivered the car and promised to send us the copy of the contract, till today we have not received the contract, after numerous requests via phone calles and email. Barely after 24 hrs the car was delivered, the engine mounting broke off on my way to work, I called them they said I should take it to the mechanic. After it was fixed they paid me the R450. As if that was enough, when I took in for 15 000km service, the mechanic explained to me that there is no way that thi car could be on 15 000 km, he showed me the white paint(body colour) in the engine, the LHS and RHS head lights are not the same, the other one looks older than the other, and the bonnet not properly aligned. We called them to say that the car was involved in an accident therefore we do not want it anymore. wikus said we should speak to the bank, and ask the bank to send them an email detailing such. We called the bank and they said they are not allowed to do that, Midcity cars should contact them and inform them that they want to settle the car and that we will pay just for duration of using the car. When we contacted Wikus about it he said he is waiting for his Manager / owner Werner who will give him the go ahead. My wife drove the car on 02/10/2017 to work, and he felt the steering not turning being very hard as normall, and she was told the fan belt has torn up. Now which new car tears a fernbelt, it does not make sense. They claim the car is under warranty, but when ford asked them for the service history because the car is 2015 model, they do not have, and they paid in cash, very dubious. we called Werner on the 6/10/2017 at about 18:00, he told us he is with his family, he knows nothing about Figo 1.4 diesel, even thou Wikus sent us emails that he forwarded to Werner.

On the 9th/10/2017, Werner spoke to my wife and said we must say everything that the car has problems with, he will fix, and my wife said we do not want the car because it was involved in an accident, we want to cancel the deal because they were not honest. He (Werner)is not picking up my calls
