Poor service

This is the most unprofessional people I have ever come across, they don't take their clients seriously... I bought a car and hardly 5 days, the clutch was worn out and I called them to let them know but their response was a bit uncalled for, till today I'm waiting for the car to be fixed and they don't even check if I got the car back from the dealer
