On the 3rd of May we concluded a deal where by I traded my Renault duster in on a 2003 C200 mercedes benz.

Midcity 4 was supposed to pay the difference of R50.000 to me with in 48 hours, it was not done I was forced to communicate with the Senior manager to get him to pay my due money. Just 350km from the dealership the vehicle broke down and I was forced to take it in for repairs at own cost R 10.000 for a cluch kit. Since the 3rd of May I have not received any roadworhy certificate and the 21 day permit issued and send electronically was deemed invalid. I have spend upto R 25.000 in repairs and was forced to produce my own roadworhy certificate on the 23rd of May 2023 before I was able to register the vehicle on my name. Correspondence with MidCity 4 was conducted since the deal started, and even when informed of the cluch failure and that I was stranded in a unfami**** town without accommodation far from home I was told the car is now my problem. I had to borrow money to get the car fixed and released because MidCity only paid my money in the Saterday.

A list of damages is available and was not tended to by the dealership
