Wrong parts again

It is so frustrating when you purchase motor vehicle parts at Midas. The staff get 90% of the time the wrong parts. I went to Wiseman Midas yesterday 11-4-2024 to purchase universal joints. I gave a sample to the consultant he measured and then gave me what I thought was the correct parts (2) Yes I am out of Bloemfontein 180 km away so not so easy to change parts. And yes I got the wrong parts. When I collected the parts I was informed if I open the package then I have to pay for the goods so I could not compare my part to what Midas gave me. Now I have the wrong parts and it's about 400km round trip to get the correct part. Fuel costs etc does not make it viable. Damn Midas
