Worst customer service

Good Day!! Worst customer service experience I received from Klerksdorp store. I entered the store security welcomed me 😊I then went to the counter to place and order whereby there was two gentleman who was busy having a chat I approached one that goes by the name Jack or Jague I’m not sure if I spelled the name correctly who I greeted he just stared at me and turns to the direction of his colleague and they continue chatting I then said to myself let me go to another person who will be interested to help me. I’m complaining about this because annually I normally buy My service kit here!!!
