Won't accepted return goods

Absolutely horrific. Bought a car cover from them. Opened it and it was torn. Phoned them to ask if I could return it because I had to drive all the way tableview, they said yes and when i got there they refused to even look at it. Apparently they don't take goods that are damaged even from their own doing. Last time I go there.
