WHAT IS THE POINT OF LISTING CONTACT DETAILS ON YOUR SITE?
I am looking for a new battery for my Jeep.
I contacted Willard and they suggested that I contact Midas in Colesberg, one of the towns within an 80Km radius from where I live. Karabo Mautla, the customer service manager at Willard gave me a telephone number for Colesberg Midas, 062*****22. I called the number and got the automated message: “this number does not exist”.
I went on line to Midas’s web site “store locator” page. Colesberg Midas lists two phone numbers: 051*****83/2 I called each number and each time got the message: “this number does not exist”.
I sent an email to the listed contact email (paul at etc) and got no response.
This morning I called the number at the top of Midas’s web site home page: 086*****63. Got the message: “The subscriber is not available, please try again later”.
Before giving up, I tried to send a message via “Write Us” on Midas “Contact Us” page. I filled in all the fields and hit the “Submit” button. I got the message: “5.7.0 Too many failed logins from this password - password is invalidated”
Thus my question: WHAT IS THE POINT OF LISTING CONTACT DETAILS ON YOUR SITE?
And yes, I have now given up.

If your customer care line only operates " Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.", may I suggest that instead of “The subscriber is not available, please try again later”, you have a recording informing your potential customers of the days and times that your customer care line operates.
