VICTIMIZED, because of a piece of broken plastic

Today, like any other customer I went into Midas Salt River to buy a roof rack for my car. Paid the asking price and left. Upon arriving at home I immediately unboxed and attempted installing the roof rack. Upon breaking the seal I noticed the plastic cover on one of the ends were broken. I figured that it must have broken while in transit you know, makes sense. I immediately decided to drive all the way back to Midas to simply swop the broken piece of plastic for another one INSTEAD of being a fussy customer and insist on a complete new roof rack. <br> <br> The teller and the storeman remembers me because I was just there.
