VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE

It is with huge regret I had to write this after very bad service received from one MIDAS branch in polokwane corner grobler str & Paul Kruger str

On the 08 I went to the store,wanted something to renew my cars headlights,one sals assistant recommended the one in attached picture,I drove n got home,app**** the cleaning thing twice,it ddnt work,I called store n was asked to come see the manager,upon my arrival after asking for refund,the manager told me she cant refund n will on monday call the supplier on monday 09/12/19,I called aroun 10 in morning ,xe said xe still on line with them,xel get back to me,at 2 in afternoon called wanted to knw progress,she hanged up my call n say "I said il get back to you",day ended n I still dont have my answers,worst is I wanted refund instate being compensated for new headlight since it made it worse
