Very *********** Manager

Horrible service, with a very *********** manager. Has no idea of how to adres, engage or resolve a customer complaint or dispute. Very favorable of fami**** customer and likes to threaten with authority to protect his favorable customers. Has the idiotic idea that if he threatens you with the cctv's, that you must now be scared and run for the hills. All in front of onlookers and customers. May I reminded you Mr Manager of Midas Lichtenburg, you have an office for a reason. Midas should really take a good look off who they employ in managerial positions, not all is up for the job. I am more than willing to assist in managerial training, pointers on how to assist difficult customers and assist your staff in professional customers service, if you are not able to provide proper training. An apology for the unfair treatment would be good for starters or maybe trying to resolve the problem in a trustworthy manner would be a good start as well.
