Very disappointed in Midas...

I wrote a review on 25 August as I was unhappy about the service I had received from Midas. Wrong parts, false promises, no return calls. etc etc etc. I still do not have the parts I ordered 2 months ago. Midas did respond and promised to have it investigated. Nothing ever came of it. Very bad service. I've shopped at Midas for years but now I had to buy the parts I needed for my car elsewhere and I am afraid I will continue to do so. I don't quite know who to blame as I believe the Midas staff are overworked. i.e. They have to deal with customers in the shop and still answer the telephone etc etc. Anyhow very disappointed...
