Very disappointed

I went to Midas Midway to get a quotation for ford figo parts, when I got there I mentioned that I had already been to Autozone for a quotation as well to compare the prices. I gave the sales consultant my ford quotation, but he asked for the Autozone one instead, saying it would be much quicker to use it rather than checking for the parts individually on the books used. I gave him the Autzone quotation and he made a Midas quotation for me, I left and came back before 5 days and bought the parts. I then took them to ford to fit them in my car, they advised that the front shocks weren't in the quotation and that i should take them back, i still had the slip and did this. When I got there I was told that they have to charge me 10% for returning the shocks I didn't understand why because I showed them my initial quotation from Ford which didn't have front shocked included, they said if I wasn't going to buy anything else its their policy to charge 10%. I asked why because they are the ones who gave me an incorrect purchase, they said that's they rule take it or leave it. I had no choice but to agree. I'm very disappointed because this is ****************!
