Very bad service at Midas spares-Springs

<p>I bought 1997 BMW 528 brake pads from Midas-Springs and the sales person even went to the car to confirm if he is selling me the correct parts.I gave him model year, code etc to make sure he supply me with correct. I tried to fit them at home only to find out there were wrong. I went back to the Midas this afternoon to exchange them and the attitude I got from Henry was shocking. He doesn't have respect for customers at all. He shouted at me and accused me of lying when I told him that the salesperson went to the car to look at the brake pads. He said the packing is contaminated and cant take them back. When I insisted to return the parts he called the security to get rid of me. I am so very sad with the treatment of Midas 3rd street, Springs</p>
